You run a practice and are looking for a pathology partner to which you can send your specimens for examination? We look forward to getting to know you. At our institute we offer you comprehensive support – from specimen pick-up to report delivery.
How does our cooperation work?
Our goal is to deliver your reports to you simply, reliably and quickly. Until then, there are 3 easy steps, which we can adapt to your needs.
AT YOUR PRACTICE:
- Fix your specimen in formalin. You can use your own containers for this; alternatively, we provide all the necessary materials, which you can easily order online with your client number, or request from us by phone or email.
- Fill in a referral (a prescription in the case of dental practices) with the patient's master data. In addition, we ask you to provide details on the location and the clinical context on our submission form. You can either download and print the form, integrate it into your system, or order it from us as a pre-printed template.
- Send your specimens to our institute. We are happy to provide suitable shipping materials. You can send the specimens by post, or order a courier through us.
AT OUR INSTITUTE:
Following specimen processing and diagnostics, the report is sent by post or by fax to the return address or practice address on file. Our focus is on providing you with accurate reports within the shortest possible time. Reports are usually prepared within 48 hours on working days, within 24 hours for cito cases, and ultra-cito cases are reported on the same day using rapid embedding.
